Gerlach Race Days!

Race Days is back to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the World Land Speed Record set in Gerlach in 1997.

Members of the British team will be on hand to help us celebrate. Events happen all weekend. Hot dogs and drinks will be available at the “races”.

This event combines with the annual Chili Cook-off. No doubt, it’ll be a hot time in the old town!

MEET THE BRITS! RAVIOLI FEED AND PRESENTATION
Join British Team Thrust for a special evening of collective memories along with a special presentation.

Funds raised through dinner go to direct support of Race Days and science programs at Gerlach K-12.

Hang on to your hats, er…spoons,  in this wacky race.  Mutated vehicles and costumes highly encouraged. Vehicle must be golf cart, razor, quad, minimum 3 wheels.  10mph speed limit!  It’s not what you think!

Two-man teams are required. Ages 18 and over.
